Demystify the cooking experience and put the fun back into your kitchen. Each “class” is really a “meal out” in disguise, but with the added experience of seeing exactly how each course is prepared. And each class includes wine paired with each course.

Carnivore's Club
Saturday, June 27th 6-9 pm

The weather is hot, the coals are smokin' and it's time to grill some meat. We'll light the coals on a great evening of grilling, marinating and rubbing some prime cuts. We also pair all of those amazing meats with some amazing local red wines. This is one class you wouldn't want to miss.

Asparagus
Friday, July 10th 6-9 pm

Summer is the perfect season for locally grown asparagus. You'/' enjoy Grilled Asparagus with Prosciutto, Chilled Asparagus Soup with Créme Fraiche and Smoked Almonds, and Perfectly Poached Eggs on Asparagus Raft with Peppered Hallandaise. And of course we'll be pairing this with some amazing wines.

Farmers' Market Night
Wednesday, July 22nd 6-9 pm

Stroll though the aisles of the Solvang Farmers' Market. Pick up some of the perfect, in-season fruits and vegetables and then return to The Chef's Touch kitchen to prepare a truly inspiring meal.

Swine and Wine
Friday, August 7th 6-9 pm

"In any incarceration, the pig is alright with me." I love the flexibility, flavors and sheer eating pleasure of pork. Whether it be Pork Chili Verde, Barbecued Pork, Carnitas or Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies, it's all great by me. Pair all of this with some local wines and we'll have one fun time.

Cookbook Series: Hot, Sour, Salty, Sweet
Friday, August 14th 6-9 pm

This beautiful cookbook authentically expores the amazing cuisine of Southeast Asia. We'll prepare Spicy Cucumber Salad, Lao Yellow Rice and Duck, Grilled Lemongrass Beef and Fried Bananas.

Pack a Peppers
Friday, September 4th 6-9 pm

Hot peppers, sweet peppers, dried peppers and more will be the focus of this class. From Stuffed Peppers, Mexican Chili Rellenos, Turkey in Red Mole to Grilled Peppers with Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, we'll do them all.

$65 per person
