Demystify the cooking experience and put the fun back into your kitchen. Each “class” is really a “meal out” in disguise, but with the added experience of seeing exactly how each course is prepared. And each class includes wine paired with each course.

All classes are from 6-9 pm, include complimentary wine tasting and 10% off all retail purchases.

Buttonwood Farm Winery - Valentine's Dinner
What's more sensual than celebrating the day for lovers with great food and wine. This night we will pair Buttonwood Farm Winery's finest varietals with Candied Walnut Prawns in a Lettuce Cup, Grilled Ribeye Steak with Romesco Sauce, Chocolate Ganache-Brandied Cherry Walnut Tart and Le Tur Cheese with Honeycomb. $95 per person

Chinese New Year - Year of the Tiger

This year, we'll prepare all kinds of Dum Sum in honor of the new year. You'll enjoy Shrimp Siu Mai, Char Siu Bao and Barbequed Chicken WIngs as you sip on some great local wines. $75 per person.
March 12th
The Perfect Pie and Pinot

Pizza is the world's most popular pie and Pinot Noir is this region's most popular grape. In this class you'll receive hands-on instructions in mastering the art of the pie while sipping on some great examples of locally-produced Pinot Noir. $75 per person.
March 26th
Fresh Pasta 101 - Ravioli and Agnolotti

In this class you'll have a hands-on experience of how to make these two very popular stuffed pastas. Com and experience the fun and play that making fresh pasta can be. We will also be pouring some great Italian wines. $75 per person.
